Photo Adventure: Boggy Creek Farms

This morning my family headed out to Boggy Creek Farms to explore. The farm is spread over 5 acres in a very urban area, making it unique. The staff is very friendly and the management is very laid back, allowing families to come and explore the farm. Many types of vegetables are grown and approximately 100 chickens are raised on the premise. A perfect opportunity to capture some great images.
So there was this mirror affixed to the ceiling of the deck, so I took a cool vertical selfie!
I went prepared for the mud (it rained last night). It was a great excuse to wear my rain boots!

2 good shots of the expanse of the farm and the beautiful sky

A cute little swing alcove

This farm is literally across the street from houses and nestled right in a bright, eclectic neighborhood.

I got a couple sticks of free bamboo!

How cute is this little boy playing with this chicken?

I like how the bud itself is fuzzy

Heart shaped dead patch in the grass

I like the way the sun shines through the edges of this plant

Teeny tiny fig leaf

We bought some veggies and made a salad!

Such a fun morning!
Go find a farm or farmers market and eat local!
